Southern Cruisers Riding Club

  Events calendar chapter 067
Open Road-If you don't ride

Metro Valley chapter 067 is based in Huntington Cabell County WV

this chapter has members from all three states, West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky.

Southern Cruisers Riding club may have a chapter near you.

The Southern Cruisers Riding Club is a Free, Family Oriented Motorcycle Riding Club that uses the Web to communicate and focuses on the Enjoyment and Fellowship of Riding Motorcycles while doing so Safely. The Southern Cruisers is not an Internet club for Motorcycle Enthusiasts.

The Southern Cruisers Riding Club is for everyone who enjoys riding with a club, and our club Policies are very simple.

MEMBERSHIP: We have adopted a participation policy on membership that states that the 1st Officer of each chapter will review their membership roster on a regular basis and any member that has not participated within a 90 day period "may" have their membership revoked and be removed from the chapter roster by the chapter 1st Officer. All Officers of the SCRC understand that occasionally life's issues may get in the way of our fun and our hobby, and because of that, we also take into consideration each individuals circumstances when reviewing member rosters.

Generally, a member will always be contacted by an Officer to find out their status and if they wish to remain a member of the chapter or not. If no contact with a member is available or has not been made after several attempts by the Officer through e-mail, phone calls, or other avenues, then the member will most likely be dropped from the active roster.

If this happens, and a individuals current status changes, they can, and are invited to simply sign up again at a later date online when circumstances allow them to participate more frequently. It's simple, doesn't take long, and is not a big deal at all for you to sign up again. The purpose behind this of course is to try and maintain a "Active Membership" within the chapter where members get together and do what we enjoy doing, and that's riding!

   No Dues or Fees
You DO NOT have to show up at All club meetings
No tasks for you to perform  (we do like volunteers)
   and No Major Commitments!

However, we do ask a few things from our members:

Always ride safe! Don't Give The Club A Bad Name. Support Your Club and Chapter. Attend at least one (1) chapter ride or meeting in each 90 day period.

Please Stay in contact with your Chapter Officers if you are not able to ride or attend meetings!

We just want to ride for the thrill of riding. Most of our trips will be local and not 500 miles from here. So whether you ride a Harley, Honda, Kawasaki or any other Street Legal motorcycle, you will always be welcome at the Southern Cruisers Riding Club. The cost for membership is FREE. Our Club Patch is optional and is available for purchase at the online store (links page). The SCRC is involved with charity fund raising rides, local and long distance rides, over nighters and club dinner rides, and of course the unknown rides which may lead us anywhere. We also promote Motorcycle and Public Safety rules, And under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we be involved in any illegal activities.

if you feel you can meet the basic guidelines, and you are looking for some great folks to share a few smiles and miles with, then you've come to the right place.
